Kristen Prohl serves as the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Administration Officer for Unisys Corporation, where she bridges the gap between complex legal strategy and operational excellence. In this dual capacity, Kristen oversees Unisys’ global legal affairs, including, corporate governance, litigation, employment, commercial contracting, and ethics and compliance, while also leading business functions such as real estate, procurement, enterprise resilience, government relations, environmental, sustainability, and enterprise risk management.

With over 20 years of experience, Kristen brings a thoughtful, business-oriented mindset to complex challenges. Prior to joining Unisys in 2023, Kristen served as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of ITT Inc. and, previously, held senior legal roles with AIG, CA Technologies and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. after starting her career as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. Kristen received her juris doctor from the University of Virgina School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
