Alicia T. Ashfield is an accomplished global legal and compliance executive with more than 25 years of experience advising multinational public companies on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and international business operations.

As Vice President & Chief Global Commercial Counsel at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE: CHD), Alicia leads the global commercial legal function supporting more than 65 brands sold in over 130 countries. She advises senior leadership on strategic transactions, global expansion, licensing, distribution, risk management, and complex cross-border M&A. She also serves as a key leader in the company’s global compliance program, overseeing trade compliance, antitrust, anti-bribery, and ethics initiatives.

Prior to Church & Dwight, Alicia served as Director of North America Legal Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals and held legal and compliance roles at The Chubb Corporation. Her career uniquely combines legal, business, financial, and technology expertise, enabling her to deliver practical, business-focused solutions in highly regulated global environments.

Alicia earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, from Drexel University. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is an active leader in the Association of Corporate Counsel and numerous charitable and community organizations.
