Jeff Adams is Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel at Centivo Corporation, where he assists extensively in the company's legal, compliance, and privacy functions across all areas of the business. Since joining Centivo in 2023, Jeff has been central to building the organization's legal infrastructure, from regulatory strategy and vendor contracting to corporate transactions and privacy program development. He brings deep expertise in health plan law, ERISA, and state and federal privacy regulations, shaped by four years as Associate General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group, including earlier work in commercial litigation. Jeff also serves as a Captain and Deputy Brigade Judge Advocate in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, providing legal counsel to approximately soldiers across the Commonwealth.
