Clark Wilson is the Associate General Counsel of Avanos Medical, Inc., a medical technology company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. As part of his responsibilities in this role, he has spent much of the past few years navigating the various tariffs affecting foreign-manufactured products imported into the USA. This has involved contract negotiation, supply chain strategy, lobbying advocacy, and pursuing special status with agencies and regulatory bodies. Mr. Wilson holds an LL.M. in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama, an M.Eng. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami, FL.
