Jarryd Strydom is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Sandstone. A lawyer by training, Jarryd brings a blend of legal, technical, and strategic expertise to the company. Before founding Sandstone, he practiced law both in private firms and in-house, gaining deep insight into the operational challenges faced by legal teams.

In addition to his legal background, Jarryd is an experienced frontend developer who has built multiple applications, combining his technical skillset with a deep understanding of lawyer persona needs. Prior to Sandstone, he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he led legal operations transformations for some of the world’s largest organizations—addressing inefficiencies through technology adoption, process redesign, and structural improvements.
