As a Senior Litigation Strategist, Daniel Weiss partners with trial teams to strengthen case strategy through jury research. He designs and facilitates focus groups, delivering actionable, data-driven insights that help clients anticipate juror reactions, refine arguments, and distill complex issues into clear, compelling narratives that jurors can understand and trust.

Daniel joined DRC after more than a decade of litigating complex federal and state court cases. His experience spans a wide range of matters, including environmental torts, securities class actions, and other high-stakes disputes.

Daniel holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a senior staff member on The Tax Lawyer journal. He received his B.A. from Syracuse University, majoring in Political Philosophy.
