Bukola Omishore serves as Associate General Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection Officer at Instructure, an industry leading EduTech company. In this role he leads the companies privacy and AI governance initiatives partnering cross-functionally with leaders across business to mitigate risk and build forward-thinking controls that enable business to grow while remaining compliant.

For nearly a decade Bukola has counseled global companies on all things privacy, navigated complex technology contract negotiations, and supported c-suites in strategizing around compliance initiatives. Whether its working at small or mid-size companies as counsel or consulting for Fortune 500 companies at Deloitte & Touche, Bukola has brought impactful expertise and business acumen. Bukola is passionate about partnering with the best and brightest minds to answer the questions that give business leaders pause.

Bukola is an alumni of the St. John's University School of Law, SUNY University at Albany, and the Bronx High School of Science. Bukola enjoys speaking to law students about the legal profession and speaking to professionals about data privacy and AI.
