Mr. Gilmartin has spent nearly three decades in senior compliance and legal roles in Financial Services, Fintech and as a regulator, including prior positions as the CLO of Liquid, a Director of Regulation at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and in senior compliance roles at Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, and DriveWealth.  At Game 7 LLC, Mr. Gilmartin currently oversees the legal and compliance program as its General Counsel and is responsible for building a robust legal and compliance program focused on gamified trading and fantasy sports.
