Pia Biswas has over a decade of legal experience in broad commercial law matters in the technology sector. As Senior Corporate Counsel at Microsoft, she supports strategic commercial transactions and AI adoption. Previously, she was Senior Legal Counsel at SAP, managing complex enterprise transactions in strategic and regulated industries. Her first in-house role was at Datapipe, Inc. (later acquired by Rackspace) as Associate Counsel where she served as a generalist. Prior to going in-house, she was a law firm associate where she led commercial and civil litigation matters, as well as commercial transactions.
