Clark Wilson is the Associate General Counsel at Avanos Medical, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company. In this generalist leadership role, he reports directly to the General Counsel and provides strategic legal counsel to senior leadership across key business functions, including Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Compliance. His practice spans a wide array of legal areas, including contract drafting and negotiation, fraud and anti-kickback compliance, intellectual property (patents and trademarks), mergers and acquisitions, privacy law (GDPR, HIPAA), marketing program review, employment matters, and litigation management. Clark also serves as Assistant Corporate Secretary for several of Avanos’s legal entities, supporting corporate governance and related matters.
