Mr. Wilson is the Associate General Counsel of a NYSE traded medical device company based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role he provides strategic guidance to each function of the business, and manages a team of legal professionals that includes attorneys, paralegals, and administrators. Licensed in Georgia and Florida, he is also a registered patent attorney and prior to moving in-house was a partner at an IP boutique firm. Mr. Wilson holds a masters degree in bioengineering from Maryland and an LLM in business transactions from Alabama.
