AVRS is an NYC-based real estate firm with a dynamic portfolio of assets across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in high profile cities in the United States and Europe. EMS is a a family office (formerly a hedge fund RIA) focused on a broad spectrum of alternative investment verticals such as real estate, hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, membership clubs and SPACs. Grace has over 15 years of experience providing legal, compliance and regulatory guidance to real estate firms, RIAs and family offices, focused on structuring and implementing strategic initiatives such as joint ventures, complex corporate governance and legal agreements. Grace earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Rochester.
