Cheryl Crumpton serves as Vice President, Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, and Deputy General Counsel for Exelon Corporation, a Fortune 200 company and one of the nation’s largest utility companies, serving more than 10.7 million customers. She leads Exelon’s Compliance and Ethics department, which is responsible for the company’s compliance and ethics, corporate investigations, data privacy, and compliance risk management programs.
Cheryl has over 20 years of combined compliance, litigation, investigations, and government enforcement experience. She previously served as Global Head of Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement, and Investigations for Robinhood Markets, Inc.; Supervisory Trial Attorney in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; Assistant United States Attorney at the Department of Justice; and a litigation and investigations attorney at a national law firm.
