Nicholas Passaro is the Lead Antitrust Counsel for North America and sits within the Office of General Counsel. In this role, he manages the North American antitrust and competition law compliance program, advises company leadership on antitrust and competition law matters, represents Ford on antitrust and competition law matters before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and other government agencies, and is responsible for obtaining antitrust and competition law merger clearances. Prior to this role, he was an antitrust and competition attorney at an international law firm where his practice focused antitrust investigations, litigation, and merger clearance.
