Jonathan Jung is General Counsel for Prinston Pharmaceutical where he is responsible for company's legal affairs including corporate, litigation, intellectual property, labor & employment, sales, marketing, regulatory, compliance, risk management, governance, and privacy. He provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and manages daily operation of the legal department and oversees the work of outside counsels and advisors. Previously, he served as general counsel for companies across several industry sectors, worked in private practice and various government agencies. In addition, he is the Chair of Membership for Corporate and Securities Law at the Association of Corporate Counsel and has served on the board of non-profit organizations. Also, he was the recipient of In-House Impact Award from the New Jersey Legal Awards.
