Darya Pollack is a Senior Director and Senior Associate General Counsel at Compass. She graduated with a BA from the College of Arts & Science at NYU and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. She began her career in private practice, first as a commercial litigator and later as a corporate transactional attorney, moving in-house in 2016. For the past 8 years, she has served as in-house counsel at Compass, Inc. (NYSE: COMP) and has supported the business on a range of matters including customer and commercial contracting, corporate governance, strategic initiatives and JV work, regulatory and compliance, and general legal guidance. Today she oversees a 7-person subgroup of the Compass Legal Team responsible for commercial transactions, product and engineering, and the legal affairs of Compass’s ancillary lines of business (e.g. title, escrow, mortgage, and insurance).
