Nancy Hoffman is the General Counsel of New Tradition, a Blackstone portfolio company. Prior to joining New Tradition, Nancy was an Associate General Counsel and the Chief Privacy Officer at OUTFRONT Media, one of the largest out of home advertising companies, where she concurrently held multiple senior business roles, including SVP, Technology and Digital Transit Operations. On the legal end, she supported the business on matters across emerging technologies, government contracts, marketing/advertising, operations, commercial contracting, privacy, intellectual property, procurement, and compliance. On the business side, she was responsible for managing the ~$1B build-out of digital advertising and customer information displays across the New York MTA transit system and program managing the company's technology development and implementation efforts. Nancy began her career in private practice, first as an intellectual property litigator and later as a technology transactions attorney.
