Hank Greenberg is most recently the General Counsel & Secretary at Vault Health. Hank joined Vault in 2021 after serving in roles of increasing responsibility at Oscar Health, where he was the General Counsel & Secretary from 2019 to 2021, when the company completed its initial public offering. Prior to joining Oscar, Hank served as Counsel at Reorg, a financial media and technology firm, and as an Associate at Jenner & Block in New York, where he represented corporate and pro bono clients in the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation and later in the Corporate practice groups. Prior to law school, Hank served as a Legislative Assistant for Representative Jane Harman in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he managed Rep. Harman's health care, energy and telecommunications policy matters. Hank earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard Law Review.
