About the Speaker. Mr. Joseph Mazzarella is the President & General Counsel of Mutualink, Inc. He holds over 100 U.S. and international patents in communications, networking, artificial intelligence, IoT and blockchain technologies. Mr. Mazzarella, a lawyer, is a recognized expert in artificial intelligence and emerging AI regulations, most recently guest speaking at the Lexology® AI Regulation Global Summit in New York, New York. He has been in the public safety and emergency management industry for over 15 years, and in the communications industry for over 30 years. Mr Mazzarella also serves as Special Counsel to the national law firm McCarter & English on business and technology related matters.
