Cross-border data transfers continue to draw the scrutiny of regulators and create compliance issues for U.S. companies.  This roundtable will explore how peers are navigating cross-border transfers from the European Union, global data transfers and intragroup agreements, and the Bulk Data Transfer Rule that restricts the transfer of certain data from the U.S. to countries of concern.
