Although Generative AI remains a hot topic in the legal profession, deployment of AI tools in active litigation has been limited.  As a result, clients have not been able to realize AI’s potential for reducing costs and creating efficiencies.  In this roundtable, we explore the barriers to adoption of AI by litigation counsel and how those barriers can be overcome.
