This roundtable will discuss the nuts and bolts of commercial litigation finance, including how it works, the benefits and costs, and ethical considerations. In particular, we will discuss how to use litigation finance to monetize claims without incurring legal expense or downside financial risk. The discussion will be led by two experienced litigators/litigation finance professionals, one of whom has more than a decade of experience as an in-house litigator.
