When entering crisis mode decisions are made quickly and workload builds up but working at this pace is not sustainable for any human and can lead to burnout. However, change also brings the opportunity for more flexibility and innovation within businesses.
The global pandemic caused a swift and significant jolt to businesses at the start of 2020. No one expected the disruption which was to follow and many did not know the best response to dealing with a crisis of this magnitude.
