Founded by RPC, The Centre for Legal Leadership (CLL) provides education, mentoring and related career support services for in-house leaders to get the best performance from themselves and their teams. CLL programmes are designed and delivered by a dynamic team of highly experienced in-house leaders drawn from organisations in public and private sectors, from start-ups to multinationals. They understand first hand the unique challenges that general counsel and other legal leaders face. In addition the Centre aims to act as a knowledgeable community and resource for those in isolated roles and those requiring more certainty before acting on the issues they face. The combination of programmes, community and services is designed to support general counsel and their teams to provide strategic, effective and efficient legal service to their business, often in disciplines beyond understanding the law.
