Tami is an executive coach, trainer and founder (rinzenproject.com) whose passion is unlocking potential and making a difference. Born in Japan and educated in Europe and Asia, Tami began her career at Clifford Chance and later at GE International. She then moved on to teach at leading law schools before specialising in coaching and training. Tami serves a wide range of international clients across sectors but with an emphasis on lawyers – especially women and those transitioning between Asia and Europe. Tami’s key focus is on developing clients’ effective communication skills in a cross-cultural context and helping them break through racial and gender career ceilings.
