As a former M&A partner of two multinational law firms, following 8 years with Clifford Chance, Nikki has a real understanding of the context in which her clients operate. She provides bespoke training to help organisations develop their talent to their full potential. As a facilitator she works with clients to develop good operational behaviours and effect lasting change.
