Claire is co-founder of The MOSAIC Collective which focuses on connecting people to change the conversation though L&D, coaching and mentoring. The MOSAIC mentoring program for in-house legal professionals is powered by smart technology. A former GC, Claire has worked in-house for 17 years. She is a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder and Lumina Spark coach as well as a qualified executive coach. She is currently studying (part-time) for her MSc in Psychology.
