Maria has been Head of Legal Operations for John Lewis Partnership for the last 4 years. In this role she is responsible for the Legal Operations for the John Lewis Partnership’s legal team of c.20. In this role she has been pivotal in implementing a number of change projects from budget management, panel review, implementing billing guidelines and technology implementation. Maria was previously Head of Employment at John Lewis Partnership and has also specialised in delivering employment law training and was previously a Partner in private practice law firm.
