Samantha is a media and IP lawyer with over 20 years experience working in leadership roles in TV and Sport. She started her in-house career at Sky where she led a large legal and business affairs team and latterly was General Counsel at UKTV and very recently Premiership Rugby. She has negotiated and advised on many high value complex commercial arrangements aswell as leading on the implementation of effective governance and risk management. She was a member of the Board of Women in Film and Television and supports women and parents with their careers particularly after returning to work from having children.
