Ailsa Harding started her career at Jones Day in London, and qualified into the corporate department, specialising in cross border portfolio M&A. She moved to Centrica in 2011, where she joined the legal team in the Centrica Energy division, providing legal support to the Business Development team in the E&P business. She has fulfilled a number of different roles during her time at Centrica, including supporting Corporate, Treasury & Finance, and Secretariat. Ailsa moved to the Energy Marketing & Trading business in 2015, as the dedicated lawyer to the gas desk and origination team. She expanded her responsibilities as Managing Counsel to include Centrica Storage in 2018, and was recently appointed as Associate General Counsel, responsible for both Legal and Compliance teams across London, Denmark and Singapore in the Energy Marketing & Trading business.
