Daniella McGuigan is a Partner at Ogletree Deakins and advises on all aspects of employment law representing employers in both the private and public sector. Daniella has a particular interest in equal pay and pay equity; she has handled complex equal pay test cases which have had far reaching consequences for both the public and private sectors. Daniella was a member of the steering group that worked with the Government Equalities Office during the consultation process for the UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting Regulations. Since then she has worked with employers across all sectors to ensure gender pay gap reporting compliance and, using the UK as the gold standard, that expertise extends to pay equity projects across the wider EMEA region.
