Jules Quinn focuses on high-end employment law issues, representing major corporations, financial institutions and senior C-level executives on a host of labour-related matters. Increasingly, Jules advises clients on diversity issues. She was recently instructed by a leading international technology company to devise a Diversity Charter for its European panel firms in the wake of the #metoo scandal. She has years of experience advising companies on best practice rules for gender and equal pay as well as clients in employment tribunals (including on a pro bono basis) who were discriminated against for protected characteristics such as gender, race, or sexual orientation.
