Ellen is the General Counsel and Company Secretary for Pepper Money, UK. She is also a member of the Pepper Money Executive Management Committee. Following her training contract at Clifford Chance LLP, where she spent time on secondment in the Hong Kong office, Ellen qualified into their property finance team in London. She has subsequently worked in-house for ABN AMRO / Royal Bank of Scotland plc / NatWest Markets specialising in property and structured finance legal matters. Whilst on maternity leave, she successfully set up and ran her own nursery business offering a flexible childcare solution to working parents and carers.
