Vanessa has over 15 years’ experience in multiple roles advising companies, especially regulated financial institutions on matters relating to legal and compliance issues. At Arts Alliance Vanessa manages all legal, compliance and corporate governance matters for the portfolio, including corporate transactions, restructurings and investments. Prior to joining Arts Alliance, Vanessa worked at Venture Founders as COO and General Counsel, Canada Life, Dechert LLP and Clifford Chance LLP. Vanessa was included in The Lawyer magazine's “Hot 100” list for 2017.
