Elaine began her career at Clifford Chance and worked for leading Media organisations before joining Apple where she advised on the inaugural European launches of IPhone and iPad and then as GC of Shiseido supported global brands including Dolce & Gabbana. As former EMEA GC of leading e-cigarette manufacturer, JUUL Labs, Elaine has built an award winning team from scratch in a highly regulated sector and is a finalist in the British Legal Awards 2019. Elaine also serves as governor of an NHS Trust. She is fluent in French, German and Italian and a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion.
