Description

Mentorship programmes can provide an essential framework to the support, development and progression of professionals as they move up the corporate ladder. With a greater number of females entering the legal profession, yet many struggling to obtain senior positions, we take a look at how mentorship can be the key to breaking the glass ceiling.
MOSAIC (Mentoring Opportunities Shared Amongst In-House Counsel) is a non-for-profit mentoring programme designed bespoke for the in-house legal community. Learn from the Founders Claire Debney and Emma Sharpe on the benefits of mentorship for both mentors and mentees and how it can benefit both in house legal teams and the wider organisation and how to build a strong mentorship for both parties.
During this session you will have the perfect opportunity to engage with others interested in the value of mentorship over an interactive based workshop helping to expedite the breaking down of barriers and discover practical skills to take away when partaking in mentoring.
Following this session, you will be able to further network with potential mentors and mentees over shared interests, expertise and background. At the end, you will be provided with more information regarding the mentorship programme and have the opportunity to sign up for a yearlong programme supported by WIPL UK and MOSAIC (Mentoring Opportunities Shared Amongst In-House Counsel).
