Melodie Craft is a corporate lawyer and business advisor with more than two decades of experience strategically advising public and private companies nationwide. Melodie has a Certificate in Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management from Stanford and a Certificate in Global Business through Yale. She also has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Melodie is currently head of legal at a publicly traded portfolio company where she serves as Vice President Legal Affairs and Risk Management, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer; previously she was an equity partner at a large national law firm.
