Rachael is a UK employment lawyer based in Osborne Clarke’s San Francisco office.

As part of Osborne Clarke's international employment team, Rachael supports US headquartered and international companies in time zone with their UK employment and global expansion needs. She works closely alongside Osborne Clarke colleagues and local counsel to coordinate cross-border projects and international employment law issues.

Rachael has particular experience working closely with fast growth and house-hold name technology businesses.

She has a wide range of experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and advises on all aspects of employment law from day-to-day queries, performance management issues, discrimination and grievance cases, dismissal processes, employment documentation and all data protection issues impacting on HR.

She is part of the team of employment lawyers specialising in 'GDPR for HR' advice and is also actively involved in advising clients on issues relating to the Future of Work and helping them to adapt to the changing ways in which we work.
