Karen is currently Director, Associate General Counsel on Cisco's litigation team, where she manages the company's diverse and global commercial litigation docket, responds to law enforcement requests, and supports internal investigations. Prior to joining Cisco, Karen was corporate counsel at Franklin Templeton Investments. Karen also served as a litigation associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP working on primarily securities litigation matters. Karen received her law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law, and is based near San Francisco, California.
