Denver is a UK-licensed attorney and graduate of the University of Cambridge. Before pivoting her career to work in legal technology, Denver practiced corporate law at Herbert Smith Freehills and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. She has over eight years of startup experience and is passionate about the intersection of law, technology and human capital.

Denver has spent the previous five years with Priori, the leading legal marketplace for in-house legal teams. In her current role as Chief Business Officer for Priori Marketplace, she leads cross functional growth, which helped the company secure a $15M A-1 financing round in July 2022. Under her guidance, Priori Marketplace increased its Fortune 1000 client base by over 50%, expanded the network's reach to over 70 countries and achieved triple-digit revenue retention. Denver’s work on Priori’s innovative technology platform helps push the industry forward, disrupting the traditional outside counsel selection model and allowing corporate counsel to find, hire and manage top lawyers without the costly infrastructure of a law firm. On the heels of its fundraising in 2022, Denver oversees the continued growth of the company, helping scale operations and drive industry transformation.
