Shondella’s expertise includes hiring practices, compensation, pay practices, pay equity, labor-management relations, reorganizations, diversity initiatives, discrimination claims, workplace immigration compliance, federal contract compliance, due process, investigations, and complex litigation. Before Meta, Shondella practiced at the University of California, where she supported all ten campuses and five health centers.
