A veteran federal prosecutor, Tiffany is a formidable litigator with experience across the public, private and corporate legal
sectors. Tiffany thrives in devising answers to complex questions; her in-house work centers around defending the Company in
products liability matters and navigating legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
Tiffany is an energetic and galvanizing force in any environment. A former Assistant United States Attorney, Tiffany has extensive experience with complex prosecutions involving financial institutions, multinational companies, and individuals in connection with criminal, regulatory, and civil enforcement actions. Tiffany also previously practiced as a litigation associate at Sutherland (now Eversheds Sutherland) and was a senior federal law clerk for the Hon. W. Louis Sands (USDC MDGA). Tiffany is a graduate of Spelman College and the University of Georgia School of Law. Tiffany also completed graduate level coursework in environmental sustainability in Fiji, New Zealand, and London, England.
Recently named a 2023 “Nation’s Best Advocate[s]: 40 Under 40” awardee by the National Bar Association, Tiffany was also named a Rising Star by Georgia Trend Magazine. Tiffany serves on the Member Benefits Committee of the State Bar of Georgia, the Board of Directors for March of Dimes (Atlanta Market) and the Board of Directors of Synchronicity Theatre where she chairs the annual Women in the Arts & Business Luncheon. Tiffany was also named a 2022 Woman of Power in Law and Justice by Women Works Media Group.
Tiffany is a member of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2020 and was named a 2021 “Rising Star" by the ALM/Fulton County Daily Report. Tiffany is active in the Links, Inc. (Buckhead Cascade City Chapter), Jack and Jill of America, Inc. (Atlanta Chapter) the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. and various civic organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
A leader in her field, Tiffany regularly volunteers with and addresses at-risk teens and Youth Development groups about self-esteem, leadership, and personal responsibility. In her spare team, Tiffany plays viola in a Civic Community Orchestra, reads, entertains, and watches Tik Tok videos. She is inspired daily by her husband, Jerrell, and four-year-old twin girls, Abigail and Naomi Moore.
