Katherine Kelton serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Global Head of Regulatory of Vault
Health. She has two decades of experience leading legal, compliance, and human resources
functions in public, private-equity, and venture backed companies.  Prior to joining Vault, Ms.
Kelton was the General Counsel, Chief People Officer and Corporate Secretary for StayWell, a
health empowerment company that was acquired by WebMD in March 2020, and spent a
decade at Aramark Corporation, as the global Chief Compliance Officer and as a Vice President,
Compliance and an Assistant General Counsel supporting Aramark Healthcare. She began her
career in the Health Law Practice Group of Duane Morris LLP. Ms. Kelton is a dedicated non-
profit director, and currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Wilma Theater
and as the Past President of the Forum of Executive Women. She is a past President of the
Board of Directors of AccessMatters and Director of the Support Center for Child Advocates.
Ms. Kelton resides in Philadelphia.
