Rachel Samper is the Chief Compliance Officer at the Estee Lauder Companies, guiding a worldwide
team of lawyers and compliance professionals in implementing a strong compliance program that
ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards, while also cultivating an atmosphere of trust,
transparency, and accountability. She has extensive experience navigating a variety of complex
regulatory landscapes, having worked in the telecom, consumer products, and mining and industrial
sectors over the course of her career. Rachel holds a B.A. in English from Villanova University and a J.D.
from Rutgers University, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar
