Siobhan is a Managing Director and a senior member of the mergers & acquisitions legal team at
Accenture. She also supports Project Spotlight, the engagement and early investment program
under Accenture Ventures, and is a member of the Strategic Minority Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Accenture in 2013, Siobhan was in private practice in both New York and
Silicon Valley. Siobhan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania,
and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
