Roxana Mondragón-Motta has over ten years of experience counseling clients on corruption, fraud, and other legal and ethical risks, with particular expertise in conducting comprehensive internal and government investigations.

As Senior Investigations Counsel at Ericsson, Roxana oversees some of Ericsson’s most pressing investigations, while managing multiple stakeholder equities. Prior to joining Ericsson, she worked at various global law firms where she conducted government-facing and internal investigations, advised on M&A and cross-border transactions, and counseled clients regarding corruption risks and compliance strategies. Roxana received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
