Shannone has more than 20 years of private and public sector experience with a specialty in regulatory
and healthcare law. Shannone is a key member of the senior leadership team at AdaptHealth.
AdaptHealth is a national provider of home medical equipment. As Deputy General Counsel for the
company, Shannone manages the day-to-day operations of the legal department. She also serves as
Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors and is a founding member of the Employee Engagement
Committee. Shannone holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and a JD from Ohio Northern University.
Shannone is actively involved in her community. She serves as a board member for The Healing Trust, a
not-for-profit designed to advance racial equity and eliminate health disparities. Shannone also serves
on the Metro Nashville Procurement Standards Board.
In her time away from work, Shannone enjoys spending time with her family, trying out new restaurants
and visiting presidential libraries.
