Jennifer K. Mailander is a Privacy and Data professional with extensive and diverse experience in advising executives and Boards of Directors on global privacy, cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance and technology matters in the mortgage, AdTech, business services, cloud technology, and consumer products areas. Ms. Mailander is currently Senior Director and Deputy General Counsel at Fannie Mae, a leading source of financing for mortgage lenders providing access to affordable mortgage financing for millions of Americans. She also sits on the board of directors for Spirion, a technology company focused on helping companies locate and secure their data. Ms. Mailander is a founding member and former Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Women in the House (WITH) network and currently serves as co-chair of the DC chapter of The Quorum Initiative. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Ms. Mailander was Associate General Counsel of Privacy at ComScore in Reston, VA and Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance & Privacy at Corporation Service Company (CSC) in Wilmington, DE. She actively volunteers supporting Fannie Mae’s pro bono efforts and the Dumbarton House museum in Washington, DC. Ms. Mailander attended the University of Dayton School of Law and Miami University for her graduate and undergraduate degrees.
