As a seasoned executive, she significant experience of managing and mentoring global remote teams, acting as a strategic adviser at board level, TUPE, M&A, IPO’s, works councils, leading union negotiations, restructuring, organisational design, divestment and large scale cross-jurisdiction change/redundancy and transformation programmes. Her experience spans various industries including technology, travel, telecoms, aviation, financial services , start up and unionised organisations.
