Jahnisa Loadholt is an in-house lawyer with Altisource, a global real estate services company. As a member of Altisource’s legal team, Jahnisa manages litigation and advises executive leadership and other business partners on litigation, regulatory and other legal risks. Prior to joining Altisource, Jahnisa spent almost a decade as an attorney with Alston & Bird LLP in its Atlanta and Washington, D.C. offices. Jahnisa has had a diverse legal career, focusing on insurance defense and general civil litigation and privacy and data security.



Jahnisa served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Clark Atlanta University.
