Amber Moren is Senior Advisor, Assistant General Counsel – Competition Law at Cargill, where she advises on antitrust issues in M&A transactions, class action litigation, commercial strategy, and compliance. Amber also participates in Cargill’s AI Center of Excellence and helps shape AI strategy across the legal department.

Before joining Cargill, Amber served as global general counsel to various business units at 3M, was a litigator in private practice, served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and clerked for Judge Diana Murphy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
